Several CCA-1.1 target genes overlapped with TNBC biomarkers from The CGA database, according to Venn diagram (A), resulted in a total of 37 potential therapeutic targets of CCA-1.1 (CPTGs) as listed in table (B). The classification of genes based on their protein class using PANTHER for the upregulated genes (C) and downregulated genes (D) overlapped with CCA-1.1
