MRI of brain showed the residual right ventricular tumor mass infiltrating into right thalamus, posterior limb of right internal capsule, and reaching across the midline into the medial part of the left thalamus, causing mass effect over the third ventricle and mild upstream dilatation of the lateral ventricles.
