a Axial T2 FLAIR and b–d axial, coronal, and sagittal sections on T1 contrast MRI of brain showing altered signal involving right thalamus, posterior limb of internal capsule (reduced compared to pre-radiotherapy scans) with no abnormal enhancement in this region. Subtle persistent signal alteration in the medial left thalamus. Mild persistent focal leptomeningeal enhancement seen in right side of superior cerebellar and quadrigeminal plate cistern. No residual enhancing mass lesion in the right lateral ventricle or corpus callosum
