Clinical target volume (tumor bed) was delineated as per NRG guidelines for adjuvant radiotherapy for bladder cancers, and an expansion margin of 1 cm given around this volume to generate planning target volume (PTV). A dose of 50.4 Gy in 28 fractions was delivered to the PTV.
