A An unenhanced axial CT at the level of the orbits. There was a large right intra-ocular mass, with calcifications, involving the anterior and posterior chambers. The mass measures 3.7 × 3.4 cm. B A contrast enhanced CT and demonstrated the same features as on A. There was no significant enhancement of the right ocular mass and the calcifications were visible. A diagnosis of right orbital retinoblastoma was made on A and B
