A An unenhanced axial CT at the level of the orbits. There was an iso-dense mass with in the nasopharyngeal space. The mass measured 4.5 cm × 3.4 cm. There were no calcifications seen with in the mass. B A contrast enhanced axial CT at the same level. The mass demonstrated heterogeneous enhancement. This was a diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, made on both A and B
