A 60-year-old patient diagnosed with bladder cancer who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT for staging. Diagnostic contrasted CT (a) showed a suspicious liver lesion in segment V (white arrow) that was referred for further evaluation. Axial PET (b) and axial PET/CT images (c) did not demonstrate any increased metabolic activity in this lesion suggesting being benign in nature. This which was later proven on follow-up
